Order Processing

All hair orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Customized wigs or special orders may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if there are any delays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact your local courier office

  • Reach out to us for assistance

We are not responsible for stolen packages.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee.
